Terms of Service

1. Retreat Bookings & Payments

• Advance Payment: To confirm your room reservation and unlock pre-arrival logistics (including flight coordination), a 30% advance payment is required. Your reservation status will remain as 'HELD' until this payment is received.
• Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be cleared upon check-in or as specified in your personalized wellness package.
• Multi-Currency: We accept payments in multiple currencies based on the prevailing exchange rates detailed in our billing ledger.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made 30 days prior to the check-in date are eligible for a full refund of the advance payment, minus any administrative fees.
• Cancellations within 30 days of check-in may be subject to a partial forfeiture of the advance, depending on room availability and package customization.
• No-shows will result in the forfeiture of the entire advance payment.

3. Clinical Treatments & Medical Advice

Our Ayurvedic treatments (such as Panchakarma and Nadi Pariksha) are holistic in nature. While our physicians are highly trained and NABH-compliant standards are followed, treatments are not a substitute for emergency medical care. TAPOVANA reserves the right to modify your treatment plan based on daily medical assessments for your safety and well-being.

4. Guest Conduct

To maintain the serene and healing environment of our properties (Manipal and Kogilemane), we kindly request guests to adhere to our Sattvic lifestyle guidelines. This includes a strict non-smoking and alcohol-free policy on the premises. Tapovana reserves the right to terminate a guest's stay without refund if these guidelines are severely violated.

5. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the services or pricing with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.
